What lawn size is the GOKO M6 suitable for?

GOKO M6 is designed for lawns up to 2.5 acres (10,000 m²). With its dual-battery system, intelligent route planning, and automatic recharge-and-resume functionality, it can efficiently maintain large residential properties, estates, and multi-zone lawns.

What is the maximum slope the GOKO M6 can handle?

GOKO M6 can handle slopes of up to 90% (42°), making it suitable for steep hills, uneven terrain, and challenging lawn conditions.

What are the cutting width, cutting height range, and IP rating of the GOKO M6?

GOKO M6 features a 16-inch (400 mm) cutting width, an adjustable cutting height range of 1.2–4.0 inches (30–100 mm), and an IPX6 waterproof rating. These specifications allow it to handle a wide variety of grass types, lawn conditions, and weather environments.

Is the GOKO M6 safe to use around children and pets?

The QuadVision™ AI system recognizes 200+ object types and automatically slows, stops, or reroutes when people, pets, or small animals are detected. Blades sit inside a protective chassis, and a lift-detection alarm stops the blades immediately if the mower is picked up. We still recommend daytime mowing and supervising young children during operation.

How does the GOKO M6 navigate, and does it require boundary wires?

GOKO M6 uses CyberNav™, a fusion of RTK/NRTK positioning, AI vision, and vSLAM technology, to accurately navigate and map your lawn. No boundary wires are required. The mower can automatically create maps, navigate complex lawn layouts, and maintain precise mowing paths without the need for physical perimeter wires.

Is the GOKO M6 easy to install, or do I need professional help?

No professional installation needed. Setup is designed to be straightforward: place the charging dock, install the RTK base station (or use NRTK with no base required), and create your lawn map through the GOKO App using automatic or manual mapping.

What are RTK and NRTK, and how do they differ?

Both RTK and NRTK provide centimeter-level positioning accuracy for precise mowing and navigation. RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) uses a local base station installed on your property to provide correction data. NRTK (Network RTK) receives correction data through a network connection, eliminating the need for a physical base station.

Where should I install the charging station?

For best performance, we recommend placing the charging station on level, stable ground within your lawn area, ideally in a spot with clear sky visibility (helpful for RTK signal) and easy access for the mower to return. A partially shaded or sheltered location is a good idea to protect it from prolonged direct sunlight and heavy weather, though the dock is built for outdoor use. Try to keep at least 1–2 meters of open space in front so the mower can dock smoothly, and avoid placing it in low-lying areas where water might pool.

How do I set up lawn boundaries and no-go zones?

GOKO M6 supports both automatic mapping and manual boundary creation through the GOKO app.
For no-go zones, simply use the app to remotely guide the mower around areas you want to avoid—such as flower beds, pools, trees, or playground equipment. Once the perimeter is recorded, the mower will automatically avoid those areas during operation.

How long can the GOKO M6 operate on a single charge?

Setup (12Ah) runs for about 120 minutes (2 hours) per charge, covering roughly 0.5 acre. The dual-battery setup (24Ah) runs for about 240 minutes (4 hours), covering up to 1 acre per charge. Actual runtime varies based on grass density, slope, mowing mode, and weather.

What is the expected lifespan of the battery?

Under normal use, the battery typically retains about 80% of its capacity after approximately 500 full charge-discharge cycles. To help extend battery life, we recommend storing it at around 80% charge for long periods of non-use, avoiding extreme temperatures, and keeping it within a 10–35°C (50–95°F) range when possible.

How often should the blades be replaced, and where can I purchase replacement blades?

Each side of the blade lasts approximately 50 hours, and since the blades are double-sided, you can flip them once for around 100 hours of total use. After that, we recommend replacing them based on wear and cutting performance. Actual lifespan depends on grass type, terrain, and mowing frequency. What is the warranty period for the GOKO M6?

GOKO M6 includes a 24-month limited warranty from the date of product activation. Early-bird offers are calculated separately.
The warranty covers major components, including the mower, drive and cutting motors, battery, sensors, RTK module, and charging equipment. Consumable parts such as blades and tires are not covered.

What is covered under warranty, and what is not?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures of major components, including the mower, motors, battery, sensors, RTK module, and charging equipment under normal use.
Consumable and wear-and-tear parts, such as blades and tires, are not covered. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance is also excluded.

How do I submit a warranty claim, and what information or documents do I need to provide?

To submit a warranty claim, please contact GOKO Customer Support and provide your order information, product serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

What is the return policy for the GOKO M6?

GOKO M6 can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in a condition that does not affect its resale value.
